This fun treat is made champagne and sorbet for something classy and festive. I used raspberry sorbet here (Talenti Roman Raspberry), but you could use any flavor you prefer. It’s a great choice for a New Year’s Eve Cocktail.
Sorbet Champagne Cocktail
- 3 scoops sorbet
- 4 oz brut champagne
- mint leaves for garnish
- Place scoops of sorbet in large wine glass.Pour champagne over the sorbet.Garnish with mint leaves.Allow to melt while you sip or eat with a spoon, either way works!Enjoy!
